Thanks very much for your prompt reply. When I go to fill out the form I am asked how many passengers. There will be 2 going from the airport to Palm Cove via Smithfield and 3 going from Palm Cove to Cairns airport. How do I show this variation when selecting the number of passengers? Thank you. TJ

(All our Palm Cove private transfers are $80 one way for 1-5 pax to make booking easier. We deliver in either late model Hyundai iMax or Kia Carnival. In this instance we also helped TJ stop at Preston Fresh Seafood in Smithfield on the way to Palm Cove. It’s easy to select this extra stop option on our booking form. Popular for click and collect stop for 15 or 30 mins at Coles or Dan Murphys for example.) PJ

In times were Covid restrictions required several changes of travel plans, Paul was a delight to deal with. Sadly this trip finally had to be cancelled, but Paul was both responsive to our changes and very quick to provide a refund. We hope to make it to Port Douglas one day, and would certainly recommend Cairns Airport Shuttle.LW.

(Thank you PI. We were happy to confirm that Cairns Accommodation pick up (see valid area here) can be organised on our airport shuttle booking form. For Trip 1 just select ‘others’ as your arrival pick up and enter your accommodation. The cost is $20 flat rate regardless if 1,2 or 10 people. Please ensure you add $20 to the amount of your standard airport transfers indicated on the booking form). PJ

Thank you for the $200 refund Paul, that is very good of you. It looks like we will be loosing a bit of money all round so every little bit helps. We might try to get up there next year when things calm down so we will make sure we book you again then and we also have lots of friends who are planning on heading up there so I will recommend you to them. (Our pleasure AS and thanks for recommending us. These border closures have such a detriment on the whole economy, on our business, and on our passengers who cannot come to Port Douglas. We are pleased to be able to offer a refund less small cancel fees, or 100% hold credit. We note our business is one of very few actually offering refunds, as many businesses insist you just have a credit. EG Qantas! or if wanting a refund you need to wait 8 weeks! We aim to refund in 3-5 business days, but usually only take 1-2 business days and we email you a receipt as soon as done). PJ
